| Funciones a desarrollar: | Reporting to Director NPD Mass Europe, as Globla NPD Manager, focused by brand, leads and manage for the whole operations/sites the New Product Development process form conception to execution. Objective: Deliver new initiatives on time an in full, according to success criteria defined, gross margintargets and technical readiness. For each of the initiatives included in the program, define the plan, critical path schedule, cost investment, capacity plan, sourcing strategy. Follow up and manage deviations and risk along the process. Leads the globla multifunctional team to complete the work and decision making on time. Process owner Global new Product Development process, guardin and accountable. Skills: Production, Engineering, Economics Experience managing multifunctional teams, interaction with business, marketing and operations. Experience mass market/cosmetics. English fluency. Methodical Detailed Global vision Openess to look at alternative solutions and ways to improve/encouraging (is a plus). Challlenging and demanding. Supportive Executive Leadership High communication skills |
