| Funciones a desarrollar: | In the role of Business Process Expert, within the Global Planning and External Operations Area, reporting to the SAP Project Manager, he/she will be responsible to deliver the business process necessary to reach the Competitive Manufacturing Goals, implementing SAP successfully (complete and on time). Main tasks /Responsibilities: • Assessing and approving change and deviations of the current factory processes against the existing Planning Blueprint (Process description). • Indentify the change management projects with the Key Users and Local process Owners. • Capture and anticipate new Global and/or Local Business requirements • Lead implementation of the recommended solution. • Provide process knowledge support • Lead review meeting(s) with the Global Process Owner(s) to ensure regular communication and ensure the alignment/approval of documentation on the progress of the project. • Support the Execution of projects and changes in the site • Lead Key users and Local Process Owners to achieve the objectives of the project providing support in SAP as top priority in the current implementation Qualifications: • Technical Background, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration • 3-5 minimum experience in Planning/Purchasing as functional area • Proficient in SAP ERP management • Deep understanding of S&OP and Inventory Management processes • Deep understanding of Demand calculation, MPS, MRP and planning parameters • Full understanding of Product Life Cycle • Knowledge of Production Scheduling, Productivity and Waste Reduction • Full understanding of Procurement and Vendor Inventory Management • JDA (Manugistics) expert • Strong understanding of subcontracting process and Interco supply process • Basic understanding of Sales and Warehouse Processes, order processing and delivery management (picking, packing and delivery of goods) • Understanding of Standard cost calculation and cost roll up • English fluency • Experiencein Mass Market/Cosmetics business is a plus.
